Standard Industries is a global, diversified holding company with interests in building materials, aggregates, and related investment businesses in public equities and real estate. We were challenged to create branding and a brand architecture for two sub-brands in the Standard branded house: 40 North and Winter. 40 North is an investment platform focused on both public equities and third-party managed alternative investments. Winter Properties is a vertically integrated real estate investment management business focused on the New York metropolitan area. We created a brand family that looked successful yet warm and inviting.
